ISX can't trade until the ASX allows it to, and for that to happen we will need to wait for the court to decided right and wrong. Apart from the public apology, there has been an in-confidence settlement, but even that will come to light at next Quarterly as that would be a material benefit , unless paid direct to John and not ISX. There would be no value in switching bourses from ASX to NSX as ASX is still the primary go-to bourse for retail traders.
