    re: Ann: Financial Statements for the year en... If I was chair of the board I would be more motivated to demonstrate my faith in the company than holding only 65K shares (less than 5% of one year's salary package).

    I think directors who have skin in the game (not 'phoney' skin as a result of truckloads of options and and 'bonuses')are more able to relate to the shareholders.

    I wonder how Orbis and the teacher's fund is feeling?
