TJ Doubt that any of the partly paid shares are worth the extra to convert to fully paid, would be cheaper for all employees to cancel and then buy shares at the current low prices
Re consultants, there are a lot of jokes about consultants eg
"A consultant is someone who comes in to solve a problem and stays around long enough to become part of it." or "A consultant's credo: Learn to be sincere even if you have to fake it."
Have to wonder why our directors find it acceptable to employ themselves to solve problems that they cannot do so themselves.
It would be more sensible for them to engage some sucker as a consultant and then blame him for the failure to complete the work. Maybe the chairman and Harrison's consultancy was re their duties on the remuneration committee.
Maybe our MD or resident consultants will define their duties at the AGM
