It is my opinion only (and the same one I have held since the Sub Hold notices started flowing in for AGO) .......

.....I believe that these larger groups are wanting this 'scheme of arrangement' to occur so that they can get a huge portion of MIN shares without buying those sorts of numbers on market and sending the MIN SP through the roof ? If this deal goes through, these players get a nice bundle of MIN shares in the transition in a diversified company that has huge potential, and at today's MIN share price of $19.55 if they bought in at an average of (say) 3.2 / 3.3 cps they are already in profit as well - just sayin' ... these players are after all in the business of making money !

That said, personally I think the deal itself is 'opportunistic' to say the least, but let's hope it was only a starting point for a subsequent higher offer (whether that be from MIN or an alternate suitor)

.... It's a long way to the finish line on this one !!!
