Credit to the GRR board for putting their Southdown magnetite project to public tender this year. I hold their board in high regard for taking this action for its shareholders.
It is 90km from Albany in SW West Australia. They got $13m for selling a 30% stake 10 years ago when premiums for 68%+ grades were not as substantial as they are today.
