That's easy Rc get rid off the board have a clean out of assets not required and get a board that wants to work for their shareholders as they say.

Something this board has failed miserably at unless of course you consider paying debt holders then getting share bonuses for your hard work for them a job well done but unfortunately IMHO I don't think anybody has earnt any more than a box of crackers let alone bonuses for the past 12 months or more.

Then the jobs done and complete, the new board will work hard to steer the ship in the right direction and that is to diversify into other commodities for a better future.
