I am sure you are correct; they are yes voters ... they get a huge chunk of MIN shares (in some cases millions of MIN shares) in the transition that they could have never bought on market without sending the price of MIN shares through the roof ...... that is why it is so important that the 50% of actual shareholders vote no .... and why so many people have been jumping up and down about the proposed selling of the non marketable parcels of AGO shares .....

...... it's not rocket science as they say !!
