    In essence they have a $2,000,000 loan for two years with repayments of $2,900,000.

    Thats a +45% gain for the lender over two years, very rough figures.

    Desperation, in my mind. These are new units just sitting there.

    What about the rest of the property, plant, equipment and the like.
