'so they're (NRZ) locked into this agreement for 2 years and if they cut it short they have to pay out the lease.
What are the generators actually running or powering, it was my understanding, other than some preliminary geotech (which was months ago), nothing was happening on site....
They didn't receive a building permit, as far as I'm aware, so no permanent building structure should be there.
They're obviously hedging income from somewhere will be appearing in the bank account soon.

It still doesn't feel right.

I wonder if they'll hit their milestone (new one) and issue the half yearly before the end of the week.
