No thanks. Hard to see current MC holding after coming out of the halt (Initial pump excluded). EECP can still take the SP lower with their owed equity.
And don't forget that they have an option to "invest" another $5 million.
Perhaps the best result for holders would be for NRZ to stay in a halt until May when NRZ is no longer contractually obliged to EECP.
