    SDV and James Bay will not be making a profit for some years yet will be sucking cash. If FY18 is any indication of cash generation out of MC it will not be enough offset the burn. It seems to me GXY will have a cash deficiency to fully develop SDV (let alone James Bay) hence the need for a partner. But I am sure you already know that.
