I don't think POSCO is totally out of the picture in regards to SDV south.

Shorters like to hang around and leech on GXY because it is more easy for them to manipulate the masses as management do not rate effective /savvy communication as important discipline in the running of the business.
They like the sound of silence and strive on sloppy / lack of communication on any promises that has not been met, many of those can be easily de fuse with effective communication and market informed in timely manner.
