    Exactly why they were probably trying to be too clever. You cant beat FX i learnt that along time ago. I don't think BHP bothers now but happy to be corrected.

    My experience as a wholesaler / importer is best to buy in US, and sell in US and then i have to cope with the fluctuations with the currency on local costs (Wages etc).
