Well higher container costs x5 or x10 over a sustained period will impact the business cases of many leading to higher inflation, supply shortages etc..
Cargo ships powered mostly by diesel too whilst oil prices are on the rise and also @goldbear77 mentioned currency pairs another factor in the global supply chain.
Not good for anyone except these shipping companies by the sound of it.
