to me it means 2 things though im sure more will unfold
1 - shot fired to US on how quickly a taper tantrum will erupt if it fully tapers - let alone tries raising rates at the official end. theyll raise themselves enough even under supression
2 - Aussie east cost city.metro property top dollar bidders of past 24 mths have been in an unconscious uncoupling with their wealth and their personal banker
