    Okay so they have the bulk of the $8m needed for the acquisition from a Global partner with in the industry. If im getting this right, Cronimet will give us $5mill for 50% of the JV with SEI to also clip their ticket for 2.5% royalty . Then theres the open pit to consider ! Not too shabby for a sub $8million company with a billion dollar company willing to go 50% and supply the plant !
