    I would not be surprised as this deal edges closer to formal closure (i certainly hope in the positive) that there is a lot of investor interest by German investment houses that follow Cronimet.  Looking at listed SEI peers if the deal does go through this is a massivley undervalued enterprise at a MC of $8-$15m.
