Baulk, I don't think you're understanding the funding structure. BRN will only raise at the time the capital is required or to take advantage of share price appreciation/liquidity etc. BRN will only issue call notices to LDA at that time. Make no mistake, LDA will not be holding onto stock, shares will be sold on market to provide the funding to BRN.
