The company dealt with this at the AGM just a few months ago and shareholders approved an additional 10% placement capacity
Resolution 7 in the Notice of AGM applies and this is the applicable AGM for the purposes of ASX7.1
Not sure what the companies Market Capitalisation will be at next AGM but approvals are all in place
