Can someone explain these options? So BRN is selling put options to say they will sell at shares at this lower price, so this new company pays money for that option, obviously believing the stock price will indeed go above what they can buy in for yeah?
isn't that technically a call option? Or is it a call option to the third party, but put option for BRN? Two sides of the same coin?
