Yes, my other question is if the interest rate is lower, that means more liquid in the bank for AJM. Do they balance the books and simply keep operating medium term without those hairy quarterly scrapes or do they pay down the debt faster or do they use the extra money to expand?! all these decisions will prove critical in the short, medium and long term. Unless of course they get full funding for stage 2 and new lenders with better terms. Ok it's more than one question! haha very interesting times.
