It fits in with the earlier rumours of the ‘note auction’ and more;

James Brown has informed us that existing loan note holders were keen to stay on board since the Rodney Hooper ‘Lithium ion Rocks’ podcast interview in May 2019.

The replacement of Pala with Clearwater and Nomura as note holders last year ( see @Palchum ‘s post of 30/09/19 [here]was perhaps also a sign?
Why buy notes with a short term future?

And now perhaps the equity raising flagged by AFR last night has the same kind of set up - Gina standing at the sidelines ready to match and beat any interest ?


Beyond this I love the key words
“Altura Financing Package to Significantly Strengthen Balance Sheet .” (Out of the poo?)

... “Significant financial restructuring” (a partial sale?)....

.... “favourable terms” (low interest?)....

“ The extension of the existing loan facility shows tremendous support by our lenders, who have been with us since the commencement of the development of this project.
This transaction also signifies a positive funding outcome in the global lithium sector” (very low interest? Look at that World!))

“This combined package gives us significant balance sheet strength to navigate the current lithium market...” (yup we did it...now let’s get on with the exploration and show the rest of the world how THAT is done too?)


Not quite certain yet but it seems ‘we’ve got a lot of what it takes to get along?’
