Agreed, and the deferred consideration to 30 June is great and underscores the timeline and commitment to completion of all Phase 1 debt & equity funding.
Also the new “Credit facility of €10m agreed with BNP Paribas to provide short term flexibility prior to completion of the equity and debt financing” is another great signal of no unnecessary scrappy dilution happening at the head/parent Co (i.e. us here). It’s clear Francis & Cris are not willing to be held to ransom. Great update.
