if that doesn’t happen then this fails. End of story.

if, in the other hand, they announce they will take up the full non-reversible offer then SAS lives. We have needed a sugar daddy for a long time to keep this alive. Time for the directors to deliver personally as they haven’t been able to find one elsewhere. It’s their only option to continue. They have some financial security, all being on Israeli civil service pensions so it’s time to put the house on the line and hit up the banks for some personal lines of credit.
