It is blatantly obvious COP and WPL have endeavoured to deny FAR their rights re PE.
The flow on effects to FAR and FAR share holders has been substantial.
This latest round of news from FAR in relation to funding is yet another example how FAR is trying to protect itself .
I have no idea if any JV funding is available to FAR or it was deliberately delayed, but pleased to see FAR being proactive in defending itself, our company and assets.
