not sure if makes any sense to try and take legal action against what looks like a $100 paid up capital, 8 month old "shelf" company. and not sure based on HY report, and quarterly report whether any monies in VAN to do so anyway
maybe this is why no one from the company answered my questions, on who the binding HOA and funding source was supposed to be with (i.e. the entity between alpha crowne, who took 100% of it shares 2 weeks before the ann)
