Correct me if Im wrong but this is the third convertible note facility touted in the last four months. The previous two vanished into thin air without a skerrick of explanation. One day they're on the table the next day they don't exist.

The plausibility of these agreements is farcical to the point where you'd have to be bonkers YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE BONKERS to swallow this garbage any further. How could anyone be expected to believe the validity of these announcements.
