    Counting the chickens before they hatch much!! I personally dont see alot of positive with this. Cameroon government seeks funding or is borrowing for the project? Either way it reminds me of Warren Buffett — 'Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy and Greedy When Others Are Fearful'.

    This is the believers euphoria imo.
