Totally agree, I was one of the posters that started saying that maybe there would be an arbitration Ann Monday because there are only two outstanding issues, finance and arbitration, the notice yesterday said it would update the market Re finance and the project, but is the project arbitration? Maybe but now starting to think that it has nothing to do with arbitration

FAR are very careful with the words they choose

Also the timing fitted so not a big stretch
