I think if justice is on our side we win. But as we know justice is not a guarantee in this world.
I will say WPL and Cairn have slowed this up in the terms of reference to the point of eye rolling, If they have pi$$d the boys off then it wont be any help to them. If they have been deemed obstructive (for want of a better word) then i recall reading that this goes against them in the award?? But remember this only helps us if we go back to Cour.............................i cant even say it.
