Hi ER,
"consensus is WPL will settle quickly." ... is it your reading that consensus is already in place between WDL and FAR... or is it just consensus amongst FAR management that they think it will settle quickly but not necessarily?? If the former, then it shouldn't go to "Part II" of arbitration...MyFok
