Don't want to rehash but the concern about what model JVA was entered into was the centre of much discussion a long time ago. I expressed my views very early on... and have subsequently have had exchanges with CN at one of the Perth Pressos on the issue.
I specifically posed those questions because I could see there was a material difference between the older JVA templates and the more updated AIPN versions. She said it was the older version and that worried me all along because the old version never provided for the scenario where there is a share acquisition of a company that holds the WI. It only started appearing in later versions.
Not getting into that discussion again...but its there for all to see.
The easier way out is to follow and believe what the resident lawyer states on here.
