Yes Szaba I understand the process.
But first, before all that happens, the asset would have to be returned/sold back to COP.
FAR can't PE from WPL, they can't PE from the buyer only the seller.
So my point stands.
IF FAR were to PE it would take some months....... IMO.....for the sale to be unwound before FAR would need to be in a position to HAVE to have their ducks lined up.
Email FAR. They told me word for word what Risk posted some months ago.
