Sometimes you see things differently.
I was surprised they pulled the Arbitration trigger given their weak argument. Clearly I was wrong. I lost that bet and you were right on that one so I paid up to charity.
I will get some things wrong in the future and you will too, it is human nature. We all make mistakes, its ok.
We have another bet. I dont think FAR will win arbitration but I hope they pull that rabbit out of the hat! I acknowledge they can win but think its a long shot, I bet with how I see the odds.
If they win then I doubt the company shares would be sold again as it would clearly be a PE trigger under the JOA and is completely unnecessary.
