DR B good to have you back posting and yes most on here had the view FAR would get this away and the deal would not be great at this moment in time but thats the norm we are not a producer. Things will improve as we move forward - why because when you have a quality asset they always do.
I note we are still nit picking over the finer details but so what its done and we move forward.
The biggest issue is going ot be after PE is closed one way or the other what is the topic of discussion in HC !
