While @soj88 sticks his head in the sand, I would add that I have no idea what HC post he refers to.
Although @soj88 is relying on HC posts and not company statements as to why they reduced the amount being sought from $350m to $300m, this is an example of how poorly management have communicated things... people are looking on HC for answers because management doesn't give you the full story.
