It was a slightly silly example I was having a bit of fun. I'll be nice and and not stoop to your level though, you do understand the concept of earning on committed capital right? Hence the fee on undrawn funds. It happens on every project related transaction I have seen from institutional down to mum and dad's doing a duplex for instance. The reality here is you have your opinion on the funding package and nothing anyone says to challenge it will change your mind so we'll just leave it at that.
