The market yawned at the good news of FID and the major chunk of finance.
The worry now is how will the market react to bad news of a PE loss if that happens.
Shorts have been steadily creeping up over the past two months although still only 1% shorted.
Sub 4cents is a chance on bad PE news, particularly if many people have gambled on PE and don't want to wait 3 years for first oil.
