I agree 100%. Many of these transactions are pushed through at mid-point in tiny quantities of shares to hold the sp down, as I described in an earlier post.
If two entities have a genuine reason for transfer of shares between them (e.g. a trade sale or a move between private ownership and super fund) why wouldn’t that transaction be done in bulk, not in dribs and drabs controlled by a bot? The motive must be manipulation IMO.
