Rolla agree,3 year's and deep water development are still things that carry risk.

1 year out from first oil would be my entry point, assuming all goes well to that stage of the game.
People loose interest and investment money bleed from FID.
imo,sub 4c even with finance is a given.
Of course,if you are already stuck below deck,one has very little option,but to suck it up & wait.
Of course there is no guarantee Far will make it to first oil and may be taken out.
