My understanding from posters with a lot more experience than myself, is that you basically can't be half pregnant.

If the first two loans have conditions then no financing can be assured (but who actually knows this).

Far management have no credibility and posters are dubious about the information they have selectively released inferring it will all be fine subject to a little bitsy extension and signatures on the third loan. Repeated behaviors and communication failures have led to a lack of confidence so I'm not sure you can say with 100% reliability that $200M is locked in and therefore nothing is in fact locked in.
