"As previously announced FAR Limited (ASX: FAR) is pursuing a senior secured Reserve Based Lending (RBL) facility. To date FAR has received credit approved terms for US$200m and is in negotiations to increase this to US$300m.
FAR will provide a further update on the project and financing on the 20th January 2020."

So they did not even get $300m! They are so far up the creek. No word on whether the people behind the placement are walking away either.
