WPL clearly stated early December that they are interested in increasing their % if any JV Party wants to sell any of their participating interest in Sangomar.
So WPL would make a purchase straight away, regardless of ICC result.
Announcement could be Tomorrow?
but probably not.
Government approval based on technical and Financial ability would be a walk in the park for WPL.
As for 20% sale value,we would very likely never know purchase price.ie confidentiality clause of 3 years would apply.
