Sure is ..you can forget the actual dollar finance facility the real kicker is in the options structure ..reading between the lines Macquarie obviously see a long term investment opportunity firstly by retaining the options albeit at a lower volume but higher price…shows faith in STXs future and ability to convert the project into producer status…a big challenge for a small company with no prior track record in that area.
This gives a greater level of comfort as my prior thought was was that Macquarie may have accumulated, watched the share price run up over that takeover period and then bailed.
