Madethegrade, you beat me to correcting the other poster,s error. Was it a deliberate ruse by a nonholder, given the total is project value, not cost, and the announcement refers to the project's profit margin?
At the same time, a few bits of info indicate a sales slowdown, with the remaining 15 to 25% of some projects closing slowly. FRI,s recent comment about strong opening sales at another project indicates that business is fine where FRI gets the right location.
