I might be out of date - lack of money and social life therefore means i might be in a hole most weekends than out and about these days - but i notice alot more apartments and blocks popping up in subiaco (behind the restaurants when i've been dining) - and even throughout the city and other places. West perth etc.

Doesn't bode anything for supply - but it does indicate to me a bit more widespread acceptance of high density living (i hope). Short of dodging the diploma bullet i couldn'tt hink of any other listed apartment developers are there? So FRI looks like the only feasible dividend paying option (asx listed)?
