Thanks Riv. Will compile up a property watchlist. Unfortunately many seems to be diversified: land, commercial and residential such as stockland etc, which makes having an apartment/construction exposure rare. I don't know any others besides finbar and now defunct diploma. Just glad i didn't jump the gun and buy diploma.
I do like FRI as a company and products wise, but as for making money out of its equities I too am not sure we've seen the bottoming just yet. Getting close, but the basing of $0.80 clearly is broken and i am not sure if we will gradually drift back down to 70c. I'd be curious if this would every get to circa 60 cents.
If you don't mind me asking - when/what do you consider a trigger to patiently re-enter as far as FRI is concerned?
