My opinion: This is all just a ploy to hold the sp down and accumulate shares.
The mispellings in all the documentation, the ridiculous argument, and the timing of it all are all suspicious. I've been buying more (at 2x EBITDA @ $2.90 copper) this thing is going to a buck.
