Knowing FND, the ann will come last minute tomorrow. I don't think it will change too much. I'm assuming the valuation will be a good one, FND will respond to all EFDLs jabs and recommend rejection of the offer. Once the offer fades away and the next quarterly shows business as usual, then i think more investors will try and get on board. At 23c it is good value (EFDL think so too)
