Not sure how long it should take, but NS has been spruiking that they are planning to deploy their first ATM's from October onwards. That would suggest they are expecting to hear something towards the end of Sept, early October.

From 5:12 We have a clear defined grow strategy, we've just been awarded in April of this year our white label license which we are expecting to deploy our first ATMs in the second half of this financial Year from October onwards ….
